Vendor Applications

The Yellowstone Harvest Fest needs creative vendors to bring their art and crafts to the festival. We love Montana made, artisan goods but will consider all other products and vendors as well. We are not accepting applications from any political organizations or movements.

How it works

  1. Fill out the online application
  2. We review the applications and offer booths to selected vendors 
  3. Vendors complete the agreement and pay the $150 fee
  4. Once the agreement is signed, the fee is non-refundable.

Times and Dates

  1. Move-in starts at 7:00 AM Saturday, September 24. All move-in activities must be completed by 10:00 AM.
  2. Move out starts at 4:00 PM Sunday, September 25. All move out activities must be completed by 7:00 PM.


  • Two YHF Weekend Passes
  • Listing on the YHF website
  • Included in YHF Vendor Map


  • Booth is an uncovered 10’ x 15’ area. All vendor activity and equipment must stay with the vendor booth space.
  • Vendor must provide proof of liability insurance for the event.
  • YHF does not provide water or electricity.
  • This application is not for Food Vendors
